When you enrol with eDistance Learning we want you to know you're getting the best course with the most comprehensive support
structure at the best price. eDistance Learning Price Match Refund is your guarantee that you're never paying too much for any of our courses.

It's simple. We're so confident that we're offering you a fantastic deal - we'll refund the difference if you find the exact same course on any
other UK website within 7 days of your purchase.

To request a price match refund, just email admin@edistancelearning.co.uk including: the name of the website where the product is
cheaper, your full name, telephone number and email if available. You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we
will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.

Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of eDistance Learning, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Terms and Conditions

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

eDistance Learning refund guarantee applies only to internet course prices that have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.

Price match requests must be notified to us within 7 days from the time of enrolment on your course with us.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

1. Prices are compared on course price where comparisons include the course plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

2. The eDistance Learning refund guarantee does not apply when you use vouchers, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.

3. The eDistance Learning refund guarantee is limited to up to 7 days of confirmation of the sale of the relevant course and must be delivered to the same address.

4. The eDistance Learning refund guarantee does not apply to any eDistance Learning sale items.

5. The eDistance Learning refund guarantee does not include any purchases made through auctions.

6. The eDistance Learning refund guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
